BODYBUILDER™ OCTAGONAL TOOLING BAYONETS FOR ROBOTIC END EFFECTORS

BodyBuilder™ octagonal tooling bayonets are used in conjunction with Quick Disconnect Housing to provide an efficient method for changing tools manually. They feature two, hardened alignment pins that allow quick and accurate installation into the housing and are available with optional 4-port air and electric.

  • Optional Sizes - The octagonal structure is available in four sizes including 30mm, 45mm, 60mm, and 90mm. Integrated extrusion T-slots allow accessories to be mounted, moved and repositioned quickly and easily.
  • Reduce Downtime - Off the shelf, ready-to-assemble mounts and accessories eliminate drilling and welding at assembly.
  • Error-Proof Components - The patented BodyBuilder™ Alignment System allows the modular components to be replaced individually and easily returned to their original positions.
